Baked Boiled Eggs

Preparation: Boil the eggs, open them in half and chop the yolks with the cooked ham, add the parsley, the breadcrumbs softened in the cream, salt and pepper. Fill the egg halves, place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan, breadcrumbs and knobs of butter. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
