Recipe second for 4 people based on Beef.
Preparation: In a bowl put the meat, the grated cheese, the béchamel, a splash of Worcester and the salt. Mix the mixture well and make eight round and flattened meatballs. Melt the butter in a saucepan and when it begins to turn golden, place the meatballs in it and cook over a moderate heat for about a quarter of an hour. Put them on the serving plate and keep them warm. Pour into the pan four tablespoons of cream, the juice of half a lemon filtered through a sieve, a teaspoon of breadcrumbs, mix and let it thicken slightly and add flavour. Pour the hot sauce over the meatballs, serve immediately at the table.
