Chicken in Italian spit-roasted pork
Recipe second for 4 people based on Chicken.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean the chicken, mince the ham, lard, chicken liver, garlic, rosemary and fennel. Mix, salt, pepper and stuff the chicken. Salt it on the outside and cook it in a saucepan with oil and rosemary.
