Preparation: Boil the pasta, drain it slightly al dente, dress it with a drizzle of oil and leave it to cool. Chop the onion, cut the ham into cubes. Pit and slice the olives. Break up some rocket leaves with your hands. Mix all the ingredients into the pasta, drizzle with more oil and serve.
