Preparation: Arrange 8 slices of bread on a surface and spread them with softened butter, which you will have taken out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before use. Immediately afterwards, stuff the slices of bread as if you were preparing simple sandwiches with Emmenthal and speck and, when they are ready, press them with your fingers and fry them in plenty of hot oil until golden brown. After that, take them out of the pan, place them on sheets of absorbent paper and after a while serve them hot and crunchy.
