Greedy mackerel
Recipe second for 4 people based on Mackerel - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean the fish and stuff them with salt, pepper, a bay leaf and a sprig of rosemary. Wrap them in slices of lard, arrange them in a baking tray with a little oil and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
