Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Pork Wurst - cooking method grill oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Boil the frankfurters in a saucepan with boiling salted water for a few minutes. Divide the milk rolls in half lengthwise, then spread the base of each roll with a spoonful of mustard (mild or strong, to taste). Stuff each sandwich with a frankfurter, put them in the oven for a moment (200 degrees) and serve piping hot. If you prefer, you can sear the frankfurters on the grill instead of boiling them.
