Preparation:
Preparation: Boil the pasta al dente and, in the meantime, peel and crumble the sausages. Brown them with a spoonful of oil, sprinkle them with wine and when cooked, add the cream away from the heat. Season the pasta and serve with grated Parmesan as desired.
