Sardines With Wild Fennel
Recipe second for 4 people based on Sardines - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: In a baking dish, brown the minced garlic with a little oil, arrange the cleaned sardines in layers on top. Season with salt, pepper, fennel seeds, a splash of white wine. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
