Preparation: Pass the pork and turkey meat through a mincer and mince the spinach by adding it to the mixture, then adding salt and pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, a splash of wine and a smell of garlic. Stuff them in casings, obtaining small sausages which can be cooked in hot water or on the grill.
