Turkey Rolls

Preparation:

Preparation: Remove the skin from the sausage and cut it into 8 pieces. Beat the slices of meat. Place a piece of sausage on the slices, roll them up and close them with a toothpick. Brown the rolls in hot oil, pour over the wine and add salt. Cover them and cook for about 25 minutes. A few minutes before removing from the heat, raise the heat and reduce the sauce.
