Wurstel Wheels

Preparation:

Preparation: Parboil the frankfurters, peel and chop them. Melt 60 g of butter in a small pan, add the crumbled frankfurters, the chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Cook for a few minutes. Boil the pasta, drain it and dress it with the leftover butter and the frankfurter mixture. Serve with grated cheese on the side.
