Recipe second for 4 people based on Chicken.
Preparation: Boil the chicken breasts in salted water, let them cool, cut them into fillets and mix them with the thinly sliced celery and fennel. Season everything with 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise mixed with a mustard tip. Arrange a layer of salad leaves on a serving plate, arrange the chicken salad on top and garnish with anchovy fillets, egg rings and olives.
