Recipe second for 4 people based on Turkey with tomato - cooking method oven.
Preparation: Brown the diced bacon, the sliced onion, the chopped carrot in a little oil. When everything is coloured, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and the pitted olives. Cook for about an hour. Flour the turkey slices, brown them in butter, salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Prepare four sheets of baking paper, place a slice of rump on each one, sprinkle with the sauce and put in the hot oven for ten minutes. Serve immediately in the foil itself.
