Recipe first for 4 people based on Milk.
Preparation: Stew the sliced onion for 20 minutes with 30 g of butter, then blend it with the milk. Heat the sauce over low heat by adding a handful of parmesan and one of emmenthal. With the sauce prepared, season the tortellini cooked al dente and already mixed with a large knob of butter.
