Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Brussels - cooking method oven.
Preparation: Arrange 400 g in a fountain. of white flour and pour in the center 1/2 glass of olive oil, 1/2 glass of warm water, salt and pepper. Knead quickly and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Divide it in half, roll out the first half and place it in a cake tin greased with butter. Pour in 300 g. of Bruss cheese mixed with 1 beaten egg. Cover with the remaining dough and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. It is served hot or warm.
