Slices With Milk Cream

Recipe second for 4 people based on Turkey.

Preparation:

Preparation: Brown the slices in hot butter for 5-10 minutes, then remove the fat that will have formed during cooking, add the wine and let it evaporate over high heat. Add the flour dissolved in the milk and cook, covered, for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the egg yolks, the juice of half a lemon and the Marsala wine to the cooking sauce, let it infuse for a few moments, then serve the slices scented with chopped chives.
